Program Manager, Growth & Community
Current role at Autodesk, focused on growth and community systems in B2B software: adoption, customer education, owned channels, and the operational loops that make users more successful over time.
I build the layer around the product: communities, education, feedback loops, creator programmes, and the systems that turn new users into returning users.
Agent note: the human behind this page builds the systems between users and product teams: communities, channels, education, feedback, and follow-through.
Everyone can generate drafts. Fewer people can choose the right problem, write the sharp brief, and ship the useful version.
If users do not discover, understand, trust, and return to the thing, the thing is not finished.
It is onboarding, feedback, escalation, advocacy, moderation, rituals, and measurement pretending to be friendly chat.
The industry needs better translators, operators, storytellers, and customer brains. Most job descriptions hide that.
